I gained so much awareness of what's good for my body and what's not—how to choose the best foods for me and what the true definition is. When I asked for help, I was feeling pretty down, but after one session, I was extremely motivated to take charge of my life and become the best version of myself. Through the entire process, I was able to rid myself of depression and anxiety. My dog had bad breath and a dry nose for 6 years. My vet told me that my dog's genetics caused these issues and that there was no cure, but after 3 weeks, her bad breath was gone, and her nose was no longer cracked. I am an extremely skeptical person, but over the years, I have come to know this as a fact: if you follow what you've been suggested, there are no limits to what Inesa can do for your health or longevity.

Prior to the partnership with Inesa, Taylor and the 369 Wellness Center, I believed I was living a healthy lifestyle, with healthy eating habits, but still struggled with various health issues that I simply accepted as my new normal. For instance:

- interrupted sleep

- Averaging 4 to 6 hours of sleep per night for as long as I can remember

- Suddenly developing a nut allergy, or what I thought was a nut allergy

- Seasonal allergies, which I struggled with for as long as I can remember. The solution here was a nasal steroid that I took every night for a minimum 10 years.

- A sudden chronic eye irritation/sensitivity that required medication (another steroid)

- Over all mental focus. Difficulty maintaining focus during day which turned into a dependency on focus meditation on and off for approximately 6 years

In the end, a majority of my struggles improved within the first 3 - 4 weeks. Inesa and Taylor structured a dedicated program for me that drastically reduced the inflammation and empowered my body to begin cleansing itself with efficiency, just as it was designed to do.

For me, the educational aspect of the overall experience is what I value the most. It’s empowering to know that going forward, I am able to live a truly healthy and fulfilling life, without the assistance of modern medicine.

If it weren’t for Inesa, my dog would be dead by now. A few years ago, a vet told me my dog had one month left to live, and guess what? A month later, my dog was running around like nothing had happened. The reason I trust her is because she also helped me shrink a tumor I had for many years. Doctors told me I needed surgery, but with Inesa’s help, two weeks later, the tumor on my hand was gone without any surgery.
