I can speak to my experience with Andrew Tiernan. He’s compassionate, fun, and above all, knows what he is doing. Andrew went out of his way countless times to make sure I was being treated as an individual, and not just another appointment in his day. Work with Andrew and you won’t be disappointed. If he thinks you could benefit from another specialist who knows more than him on a certain topic, he doesn’t let his ego get in the way. He will help coordinate additional care while still working with him.

I had a wonderful experience with Reyngold Therapy. The scheduling process was simple and helped me to quickly get setup with the right therapist. It was nice to have both in-person and telehealth options for therapy. I chose telehealth as that was more convenient for my location but I really like my therapist and take a lot from sessions with them.

Dr Paulina had been extremely helpful in treating my wife with serious Bipolar disorder. This is incredibly difficult to manage and after several therapists and failed attempts she finally clicked with Dr. Paulina and it has made all the difference. The pills help only so much and there is a lot of trial and error that must stake place to help someone in this condition. Having a strong and thoughtful therapist to help the subject understand and process what can increasingly confusing symptoms is absolutely crucial to recovery. It has been 2 - almost 3 years and my wife is just starting to see lasting progress. She’s one of the lucky ones. Most don’t survive long enough to find their formula for success. If you or a loved one is struggling with mental illness, please be patient and kinder than you need to be?

I’ve always had good experiences with my therapist. It’s quiet and clean and in a really cool building (there’s a barbershop on the second floor). Therapy is a very individual experience so I can only speak to mine, but in response to the other person’s review; I’ve never had to switch therapists or had odd-hours phone calls here. In my experience it’s always been a pretty professional environment.

I want to make a disclaimer here, my therapist Jessica is fantastic and she’s really been great for me since we started therapy. But Reyngold as an organization has really frustrated me. Today I received a late cancellation, yet yesterday they were closed so I was not able to call for cancellation because their website and emails I’ve gotten from them say to CALL THE OFFICE for cancellation or appointment changes. So today I called at 9am when they opened, yet still received a late cancellation because it wasn’t 24 hours. These cancellations are $140 a pop. This is simply a SCAM. How am I supposed to call and cancel on a day you’re closed? When you’re instructions on cancellation says to call the office? See how that doesn’t make sense? To make matters worse whoever was on the phone with me had a horrible attitude and was quite rude about the fact that I questioned the late cancellation and started to passive aggressively list off reasons and ways I could have canceled to ensure it was my fault and not theirs. I will be disputing this late cancellation.
