Had some repairs done first in at 7am was out less than one hour great team at the shop and the store itself very clan and ladies working hard especially one there that seemed to be in charge at night she was always cleaning something when I would walk in. Satisfied will be back.

TA usually old and ugly compare to Love's or Pilot. But this location has newer renovations and looks clean.

If I could I would give no stars I brought my truck in for p.m. I paid for the the premium pm they're supposed to check your tires and check through your whole truck I mentioned some other things I like for him to check I know he didn't do it because on the paperwork there's no mention of the pressure of the tires Plus on the inside tandems the long stems are missing to fill the air also when I went to get in the truck there was oil all over the interior of the engine compartment and hand marks and oil all over the side of my truck I complained about it they said we'd wash it off with the hose that's the best we can do I asked him just to take the amount of the truck wash off of the bill and I would go up and pay to get the truck washed itself but they wouldn't do that eventually another employee saw me and asked me what the problem was so I told her she reached out to management and asked for my number and told me she'd give me a call back I received a call back and they told me to go up 10 miles away and they would fully wash my truck when I got to the Blue Beacon they were just asked to just wash off the truck real quick not to clean it so I told the gentleman at the Blue Beacon I just pay for myself so in summary I paid for the highest p.m. that you could get he didn't check my tires he didn't check a lot of things and plus he got oil all over my truck and diesel and told me oh well the manager Bailey inside that's the best we can do there's a petrol right up the street that's where I'd go if I was going to get any service done

I will NEVER come back to this TA. I chose to park here because there is a Walmart literally down the street. I needed to do some shopping. Mind you, I had never parked here before in my 14 years of driving. But I said, what the heck, why not?

There are two reasons I will never come back here again. One, those parking spots are super tight. I don't trust other drivers to take care when backing in and pulling out if these spots.

Two, there is a concrete barrier in the Midian of the road so you can't just simply pull out and turn left, you have to turn right and go 1 mile down the road, then do a u turn to come back towards the interstate.

How is that safe? That is a busy highway. They should have figured out a way to place a three way stop light at the exit of the truck stop to make it safe.

I'm good, this place gives me anxiety. I will never come back.

Negative 5 stars is my true rating.

Very tight parking, saw 3 trucks hit in a few hours. Several drivers getting out to help others back into a spot. Good is good, staff nice, restroom was clean. Just very tight parking.

Man I’m not gone tell u a long story but just know I was at the loves truck stop all day the day before for nox sensor/ derate and they couldn’t fix the issue… but thanks to unc Curtis (the man should wear a cape) and Eddy I was in and out there less than 30 min. The only sad part is that I should’ve went there first instead of going to that loves truck stop . Thanks again CURTIS AND EDDY and thank you TA im back to getting this money ? ?

The place is very clean. Showers were surprisingly really clean and not just clean for a truck stop but clean like going to a nice hotel clean. I always have cleaning wipes and sprays with me, and I did not find one hair in the shower. I was very impressed. parking lot is also decent. This TA is close to a bunch of fast food/restaurants and stores if you don't mind walking a little bit. Very friendly staff.

4/23/24 8:30pm Great rest stop friendly workers and clean environment. I wasn’t hungry but that Burger spot smelled amazing! Got a coffee and it was nice and hot! They also had a bunch of different cream and milk options my wife and I loved that!
