I worked with Ladan for the past year and a half. Initially, I just wanted to get in better shape and get back into running (I suffered from shin splints). Ladan's workouts are intense, challenging, and intentional--she noted what parts of my body lacked sufficient strength and curated workouts that best fit my body type. I now am stronger and more self-confident than ever before. I am back to running, and the only reason I may run less than before is because I much prefer doing her plans. I meet with Ladan virtually because I am not typically local, but if you are in the area, her sanctuary is wonderful and welcoming. Not only does Ladan help with strength and weight control, she can help with pain management and nutrition.
