They lied, betrayed what they said they would provide for me. They wanted 2 months of me time. Set me back a semester in college. The owner David didn't even explain why I was lied to from the get go. They act bubbly but they don't even listen and understand what they are doing. Don't waste your time.

I am so grateful a friend recommended that I see Kelly years ago when I expressed that I needed help working through trauma. Kelly helped save my life. She was an oasis in the desert for me after decades of complex trauma and pain. She was the first person in my life that was able to hold consistent, safe space for me to co-regulate with.
