I recently visited the Himalayan sea salt room, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The owner was amazing—so welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing session. The atmosphere in the salt room was so calming, and I felt deeply relaxed throughout the visit.

What made it even better was how much my daughter enjoyed it! She loved playing with the toys provided, and to my surprise, her congestion started improving almost immediately after our session.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Today I used Class Pass to book an infrared sauna experience for 40 minutes. The owner Jesse was very knowledgeable about saunas and red light therapy. The sauna was clean and even has an essential oil scented towel in the room. There were magazines to read and spa music playing! I will definitely be back!

Awesome place for relaxation and wellness!! My wife and I have experienced the Infrared Sauna as well as the Dry Salt Therapy. Can't wait to get back and us the Red Light Therapy!! This facility will surprise you as soon as you walk in the door. It is spotlessly clean and new! Quiet tones will relax you! So thankful to have this close by!!

I visited the salt therapy room. It was essentially an enclosure of Himalayan Sea Salt.
Salt was dispersed into the air during my session. It was incredibly meditative just to be in the room. During the session, the salt being released into the air opened my airways. I felt like I was smelling in color when I left.
It was my first time and I was very impressed.
I met a woman while I was there said that she travels and visits salt rooms wherever she goes and this is one of the best.

I cannot say enough great things about this experience! Jesse opened a whole new world of wellness to me that is going to change my life. I have never felt more inspired to learn about this wellness therapy and continue to do these sessions. I went with my daughter and we did the Infrared, Sauna and the Salt Room to experience everything. Beyond amazing, thank you so much Jesse and I will see you again soon!

The staff Is very knowledgeableJessie and Rachel are very accommodating. The salt room is excellent. Great relaxation. The dry sauna was awesome, and they also have red light therapy. Is located in the meadows. I highly recommend it. My wife is also a member

I treated my daughter to her first salt room experience. It was so informative, relaxing, and therapeutic! My daughter was able to breathe so much better during the session, and my constant sore throat from allergies disappeared! I enjoyed it so much I brought my son yesterday. He said it was very relaxing( he needed it-lol) I highly recommend especially if you suffer from asthma or allergies.

From the moment I walked in Jessie was very welcoming, he walked me through all the rooms and explained the benefits of all they had to offer. Jessie has definitely mastered his craft and is extremely passionate about what he does. I went in to try the infrared sauna and ended up trying the halo therapy as well, I didn’t feel rushed and I left with a clear mind and slept like a baby. I also bought the homemade Himalayan scrub and my skin has never felt softer and so moisturized. I would definitely recommend My Sanctuary of wellness for a spa day or a wellness plan. I can’t wait to go back and try their other services.
