I went in for a glow facial , infrared sauna , and therapeutic massage and had the most relaxing experience. Madai, the esthetician who did my facial was very sweet and walked me through the whole process. She even went above and beyond and recommended some products that she believes would work well with my skin type. They have a new machine in that shows you the different pigments on your face to help personalize your facial. I enjoyed the 60 minute therapeutic massage with Sharon as well. She explained the massage completely. She made me feel very comfortable. The spa was beautiful and decorated to perfection. The girls at SOHO all had a great attitude and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you guys!

The physician who completed my treatment was phenomenal, this issue is with the front desk staff. I wanted to utilize care credit (0% interest) and she insisted that I needed a physical copy of the card for them to “keep on file”. I have used care credit at many wellness spas, and never had this been a requirement. Even care credit stated on the phone that they are able to look up your account & apply payment by birth date and social. This was disclosed post appointment of course, and I was forced to pay with my debit card instead (after 45 mins of standing in the lobby trying to access a digital card). Due to this experience, I would not return to this location.

Love coming here staff is amazing!!!! I especially love Sharon and kristen. Kristen does amazing facials. She always has my skin looking so glowy and smooth. I always get compliments from my friends and family of how amazing my skin looks. I also love how she is so informative of how to take care of my skin and honestly just an amazing person to be around. I love how Sharon massages she really does pay attention to whatever pain i have and informs me of different stretches i could use that could help me out since i have such a busy lifestyle. She also is just a fun loving person that really has great advice. But overall i always look forward to coming here and seeing everyone and I'm just really glad that i have a spot where i feel comfortable and always feel cared for Thank you so much Soho always look forward to coming here. 🙂

I love this place! The people who work there are outstanding and so kind. Sharon is amazing!!! This isn't just a job for her, she really cares about her clients. The scrub and massage she gave me were amazing! And she even passed on knowledge about different types of massages to help me! They and Sharon have a customer for life here!

I had my first prenatal massage here with Angela and I’m overly impressed! The place is very clean and relaxing. Check in was seamless and all the staff is super friendly. Angela also did an amazing job at my appointment. I highly recommend and I’ll be coming back for sure!

SOHO wellness is amazing! Had my first massage here. I was nervous at first as I didn't know what to expect but wanted a full body massage to alleviate some neck and back pain. When I arrived I was immediately checked in and taken to a really nice waiting room with snacks and beverages. Only had to wait 5 minutes before I was taken to the room for the massage. Tricia S. Was my massuese and she was so welcoming and kind. Created a really calming atmosphere and delivered an excellent experience. The massage was amazing, I left there feeling like jello haha. I highly recommend SOHO!
