I had a negative experience here about a month ago but decided to give this location another try. Alexandria T. is hands down the best stylist that I've ever had do my hair. She's so very detailed oriented and thoughtful. I'm so glad that she there and that I have a person whom I can come to rather than just "first available" She was able to make recommendations on what product I can use to tame my wild hair in the morning and she asked if she could take care of things I didn't know I needed looked at (eyebrows).

If normally just ask for the first person available - I'd highly recommend waiting for Alexandria. It's worth it.

My son and I visited sports clips, and it's our first time after decades. We other used to go Great Clips, and we worried about a bit if they could do what we needed or not. We are wrong.. We explained, and they listened. My son also likes the way they did. Only
The reason why I am giving 4 atars is wait time. We waited literally 48 minutes on Sunday.

I've been a loyal customer of this location for years, always opting for the first available stylist since the ones I used to request have moved on. On two previous occasions, I had my hair done by Lottie, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations either time. Initially, I thought I hadn't communicated my preferences clearly, so I decided that if I returned, I would simply request a different stylist.

Recently, my son visited this location for a complimentary neck trim. However, he was charged for a full cut after Lottie claimed the stylist "took too much off." Not only did he not receive a full cut, but his neck line was also messed up in the process. I can't help but wonder if this incident was influenced by my previous experiences.

Charging a customer for a service they didn't request, especially when they only sat down for a complimentary trim, is unacceptable. My son paid the fee to avoid any confrontation, but this experience has left a negative impression.

I value this location and the service it has provided over the years, but I cannot continue to come back if Lottie is still employed here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure such issues do not recur.

Vanessa S. is the best . Came in for the MVP and loved every minute of it .

I've gone here for years.
Yes, These girls can cut hair period but they absolutely suck at it..
Every time I leave I have to have my wife fix something.
Found a local barbershop in Tomball.
You should do the same.
The skill level of these employees are 1 out of 10.
I've only had 1 good haircut here and that girl left.
