If the staff is the face of an establishment, then you should consider going somewhere else. The saff in this place is extremely lazy and rude. They clearly do not care about the patients or the well-being of said patients. They want to process as many patients as possible with the least amount of effort. The staff does not even have the decency to show patients how to use the equipment. They like to sit in the comfort of their office. They have a "physical" therapist who can't even answer if they are, in fact, a therapist (very sus).
The Drs, on another the other hand, are very polite & professional. Although the interaction with them will be 15mins at most. Meaning you have to deal with the saff for the majority of the time. The communication of the entire office is extremely lacking. Can't even call to notify you that the Dr will be out of the office & will only be seeing the so-called "therapist." *Will not provide appointment reminders, only give you a sheet with appointments on the initial appointment & after that you are on your own. The only reason they got 1 star was for the purpose of leaving a review.

As a patient in wellness studio I want to first thank everyone for the amazing team they have. In my on experience I have always felt welcome and cared for. All staff have wonderfully listen to my needs and provide the nessessary support in a timely manner. The communication is great,clear and concise. Each staff member have always shown respect, patience, care and support. When something is unclear or out of my reach they have always took the time to explain and find a reasonable solution with care and kindness
Thank you for the amazing treatment. It creates hope and wellness to my emotional state that sometimes it's a struggle dealing with this injury.

I came to the wellness studio for the therapy . They have excellent prices . The best I have seen offered for this type of treatment. The staff was very welcoming. Very attentive and kind when prepping me for the procedure. The therapy was completely painless and the results were amazing. My back problems went away completely. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to the wellness studio for any treatments or chiropractic needs.

Beds are dirty. Staff are not punctual. The chiropractor vibes were unmatched but he definitely needs a new team. The man who does the acupuncture literally just open the curtain and started sticking me with needles. Did not introduce hisself or explain the procedure. (Mind you that was my first time getting an acupuncture there) My last straw is when I did the shock wave thing. The bed was dirty when the assistant tried to have me lay on it. I’m like it’s dirty and the pillow was torn up. He changed the paper on the bed then flipped the pillow over. ? DISGUSTING. Then the timer went off & NOONE CAME! I waited about 10mins then, I had my son go to the window. No one heard him or was paying attention. So I then took off the shock waves myself. I am not retarded I am a nurse so I clearly turned it off before removing and the girl in the front with the glasses tried to tell me to never do it again & to call the front desk to tell them the timer is done. This office is small, they should’ve heard the timer. I am not interested in doing someone’s job for them. I’m also not interested in being talked to like a child. She basically tried to make me feel like my son never said nothing when I heard him from the back & so did another client who was back there. They can literally run the camera back, I don’t have to lie about anything! That was the last day they ever saw me which is pretty bad cause I literally went only like 3/4 times. My attorney has moved me to Turner Chiropractor & he & his wife are THE BEST ! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best place be they treat you with respect 100% recommend for any injure person Judith and the rest of the staff are very kind people if I have to give 6 star rating I will gladly do so.
