Have not been to this place, only attempted to go. However it seems the only poc is a phone number. There was an email listed on their website but it was returned as undeliverable. For someone with fairly moderate social anxiety, making a phone call involving a person I don't know is almost impossible. The only way to make an appointment involving a three hour panic attack was enough of a deterrent to steer me to a place in Odessa instead with a user friendly online interface which netted me an appointment the next day via text message and no hassle

"UPDATE 09/21/23" Waterford refused to continue my laser treatments due to this critical review. I spent close to $4,000, but a 3 star, honest review means I am banned. I'm also transgender, so I'm not sure if that plays a factor.

I've been getting laser hair removal sessions on my face and chest at the waterford for about a year and a half now. I was told the prices would be $200 per area for a couple sessions, then it would go down to $100 for a few sessions, then eventually it would be $35 for touch ups. This was the deal presented to me, with the mutual understanding that laser takes many many sessions (I've had about 14 on my face) but that most of the expense would be up front (the expensive early sessions vs the cheap touch ups).

On my most recent visit I was told the Waterford decided to start charging $75 for my touch ups instead of $35. I enjoyed the staff and my visits to the Waterford for the couple of years I've gone, but this move felt incredibly disrespectful to me, especially after all the money I've already spent.

They could have reached out, told me about the price changes or grandfathered me in seeing as how this is not the price structure I was sold when I went down the laser hair removal path. Unfortunately, this last visit was exactly that. I can get my touch ups done cheaper in a larger city.

Bethany was absolutely fantastic! I had a Hydrafacial today on a whim. I am getting married in June so I knew that I wanted a “test” facial before then but wasn’t sure who to go to or how my skin might react. For someone who works outdoors, and is very busy, I don’t get to treat myself as often as I probably should. Bethany explained exactly what I needed and recommended some products as well. Due to the price, I did not leave with any of those products which I made clear to her that I currently have a pretty tight budget. Now, it is quite expensive just for the facial, but so worth it! And she didn’t make me feel less than for not being able to afford the fancy skin care. I booked several more appointments with her leading up to my wedding, and I can’t wait to go back!
