I had the pleasure of attending Jen’s beautiful retreats in the most beautiful venue in Rome. From the minute I booked my retreat with Jen she put my mind at ease and reassured me that over 90% of the women who attend her retreats travel solo, like myself. She provided me with so much information before the retreat and as soon as we all met in the airport we all had an invisible connection to one another, sharing stories, getting to know eachother and creating bonds that will last a lifetime. The retreat itself is the perfect blend of meditation, workshops and free time. I enjoyed the retreat so much that I have actually gone 3 times in total! When Jen is not running retreats she holds beautiful online zoom calls based around the full moon, eclipses and solstices. If you’re looking to do something for yourself and treat yourself to a quiet evening/retreat full of fun and healing you’ve found the right person! Thank you Jen for holding such beautiful space ?

I recently went on one of Jen’s retreats to Italy, and all I can say is, Wow! The location, the rooms, the therapists and facilitators where all brilliant in there own ways. One stand out experience was the holotropic breathwork. I felt real breakthroughs from this trip. I met such amazing, inspirational and brave women all trying to find their own path. Jen is lovely too. The only thing I would say is that the food was really disappointing, I honestly thought it would be varied and nourishing but it wasn’t.
Overall, an amazing experience. Thank you ladies ?

I spent the most wonderful day in the amazing Garadice House yesterday. The wellness retreat run by Jennifer of Zen Wellness was what can only be described as inspiring, uplifting and empowering. The therapists Jen had brought in for the day were fantastic! I had a numerology reading with Grainne, jaw dropping stuff! A really lovely, down to earth warm lady as were all the ladies I met on the day. I then had the most amazing treatment with Marsha and will definitely be booking in with her! She specialises in an area that I need some help with so was delighted that our paths have crossed.
The set up at the house was so beautiful, every little detail catered for and lots of really lovely special touches. A big thank you to Jen's husband Anthony who was on hand to cater to all our needs, not to mention his AMAZING smoothies. Jen and Anthony make the perfect team and have a beautiful home! Thank you guys for sharing your little piece of heaven with us! I'm counting down the days for the next retreat xx

I went to the retreat today. I was so impressed. Jennifer has a lovely energy and her retreat was fab. The location, gift bag on arrival, a choice of treatments all fab, I felt safe and away from everyday life. My fav part was treatments, meditation and fire burning.. I also met lots of lovely ladies on the retreat too. Staff at cafe lovely too. I'd 'd highly recommend and i will be back! Best of luck Jen with it all.. ❤

Well after missing out on so many of Jens past retreats I finally got my opportunity to treat myself last Sunday the 19th of August. I arrived at Garadice House just before 9am to the beautiful home of Jen and Anthony. I was welcomed with a lovely spread of breakfast treats, teas and coffee there was something for everyone’s taste? I helped myself to a cup of tea and from that moment on I truly felt like I was in the most wonderful, loving, caring place I could possibly be! Even though there was 19 other women there for the retreat I was truly made feel that it was dedicated to ME!!? All of the therapists were so lovely, my 2 treatments were Reiki Healing and Reflexology, both treatments were perfect and so beneficial to me and my needs. I got a goodie bag to take home it was full of lovely gifts and words of love and support❤️ Jen’s Husband made us all a very tasty lunch and then Teas & coffee with lots of chocolate treats? I would highly recommend you book Jens next retreat, it has been life changing for me! In only a week I have made so many positive changes to my life and my way of thinking and I am already reaping the benefits ? I would like to Say a very special Thank you to Jen her Husband Anthony and the 5 therapist that made my day so special. Xxxxxxx

I had an amazing intuitive massage followed by reiki by the wonderful Fiona last night. The whole experience was amazing from the second i walked in the door. Lovely staff and amazing premises. I haven't felt as relaxed in a long time. Fiona is amazing at what she does, can't wait for my next appointment.

I attended the retreat day in zen wellness and i have to say i feel amazing after it. I walked in stressed and on edge and had quite an emotional day but from the beginning i was made welcome and at easy From jen, anthony and the other therapists. the day was so relaxing and was all about me and finding my balance and goals. Also kerping me grounded. I need amazing woman who all were there for different reasons and all got along completely. I will so be going back for another day like yesterday. I cant recommend the work jen does enough to people. I urge anyone who is feeling unbalanced or not themselves to go and check it out. Also thank you for the amazing gift bag xx

I spent a lovely afternoon in Zen Wellness yesterday. The vibe there is just lovely. I had reflexology from Susan whose attention to detail was second to none. I felt amazing last night and slept great will definitely be booking back.
