I have been going to chiropractors since 2014 and always thought it was just going in and out. I started seeing Dr.Nikki for about a month now and my life has completely changed! She is by far one of my only doctors that actually listens to my pain and doesn’t prescribe medication to shove me away. She always welcomes me with a smile and greets me as soon as I walk through the door. From the receptionist to the owner everyone there is just super friendly and respectful. I also love that the full is all woman, which makes me feel more comfortable. I love being fixed by the bay. I would highly recommend coming to Dr.Nikki for any adjustments, massages, and or cupping. Thank you Dr.Nikki! You are the best!

We took the SUP Yoga class while visiting San Diego. Candice is an amazing instructor, so natural and patient. The view and the feeling on the water while doing yoga was unmatched. We will be coming back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend this experience ☀️?

Love love love this place! Everyone is soooo genuine. The energy is sick here! Even If all I did was hang out and not practice any classes, it would be enough therapy and relaxation for me! I generally prefer vinyasa, but every single one of their restorative yoga classes have been absolute bliss to unwind and get some mental clarity! I have had a chiropractic adjustment with Dr. April and she has done things to my body like no other. I was seeing another chiropractor 3x weekly and to put it simply, it just wasn't as thorough and thoughtful. I have had one of their Masseuses, Deanna, give me some tips to alleviate my insanely tense body and already see a difference. I'm taking the Yoga Teacher Training and not neccesarily being a yogi; who has been practicing for years, or even at least consistently prior to signing up, I am so comfortable, feel ohh so welcome, unjudged to indulge and take my time. Dr. April, Dr. Maddie, Dr. Austin are all really great at going through the breathing, poses and philosophy of yoga. Not only do they go through all the need to know for yoga, but we do these weekly fun, engaging, activities with different yoga/meditation/wellness influencers: chocolate meditation, nutrition, sound healing, anatomy and so much more!

I had been yearning to go back to school of any sort and I spontaneously signed up for the Yoga Teacher Training, but most schools interfere with my work schedule. I am surprised at how accomodating the schedule was when I signed up. I am employed M-F 40+ hours week with a daily 2 hour roundtrip commute at my current job. Mission Bay location is complete opposite of my work and home, but I still get it done because I want to be here! Kearney Mesa location is on the way home, so more convenient, but they'll get a separate review (they are amazing as well!) I dont want to miss anything! It's been 3 weeks and still adjusting to "school" and studying without having extra time, but half way there and looking forward to myself and my transformation! If you are thinking about visiting here, don't think. The thinking has already been done for you....just jump right in and enjoy the adventure!....namaste?

Be Your Own Journey

Great experience at the wellness lounge! Took my 200hr yoga certification here and can’t wait for them to open up for classes again! Dr. April was the perfect teacher for the first journey to a yogic life! Her patience and technique brings for a relaxing and smooth process to becoming an amazing yoga teacher!

I would give Michelle at least six stars if they let me! She is an extremely knowledgable physical therapist, she knows her clients' needs inside out, she gives the best massages, and she is just a wonderful and inspiring person to be around. It's always a happy occasion for me to have a treatment scheduled with her at the Wellness Lounge. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
