Inept, unethical, disorganized, irresponsible, unprofessional, and lacks moral integrity. The practice is able to schedule new patients extremely quickly for a reason. The office is extraordinarily defensive in their replies to negative reviews for a reason. I made the mistake of assuming the medication concerns are drug-seeking and insurance concerns were patient error. These were absolutely unfair and incorrect assumptions.

Mere minutes will be spent with you after the practitioner shows up extremely late, and the MANY pages of paperwork you fill out to do all the work for them will not be reviewed with attention. Charges will be made to your insurance in the max dollar amounts listed in her intake forms for the visits if you're dual insured (more, actually ? my insurances were charged over $1400 for two “comprehensive” visits and a date of service that I was not seen, spoken to, or scheduled — when I saw her less than 50 minutes total). She charges your insurance for conversing casually with her own staff in her own practice (I was told the aforementioned unauthorized charge for a date of service I wasn’t seen or scheduled was for “chart inconsistency reviews” - conveniently charged after she spoke with the therapist she referred me to and was told by said therapist I wanted to seek alternate care). She additionally makes prescribing errors, and takes zero accountability for any of it. Which, honestly, is the worst part of it all.

Please trust the negative reviews (not a business that insists they can do no wrong in their replies to patients seeking real care) and save yourself the experience. Unfortunately for them, this negative reviewer has far more than enough thoroughly documented evidence of her claims - including the prescribing error and the given excuse by Zenna, which my pharmacy corroborated was dishonest ?

If I receive a response in the same manner in which they responded to the others who shared their negative experiences (an essay with excuses), I will gleefully be editing and updating my review to add a few pictures of emails, texts, call logs, and the patient portal along with my personal email to show the prescribing error. I hope, for those associated with Zenna, there’s enough wisdom on their end to avoid a response.

I have worked closely with Zenna for over 2 years!!! She has been very responsive to all of my patient referrals! My patients all have positive and therapeutic experiences with her and her therapists! I would absolutely recommend her for any of your mental health needs! She is compassionate, caring and provides individualized care to all of her patients!!

This practice is disorganized and Dr. Bell is unprofessional and inconsistent with her care. I think I did all the work for them by filling out their extensive paperwork, checking the insurance regarding the co-pays, and reminding them about the bloodwork they were supposed to order (I was texting and calling while sitting in Quest). In the beginning, they were over charging me, and when I brought this to their attention, the co-pay decreased, but was still not the correct amount and the change was never explained. After Dr. Bell called me from her personal cell-phone right before Christmas to tell me that she could no longer fulfill a prescription for me (that she had previously prescribed), I decided to find another provider.

Zen Wellness mislead me, reception is highly inept and rude. They couldn't even run my insurance correctly, supposedly it came back rejected but my insurance carrier tells me my policy is active and that the problem lies with Zen. I happen to think I'm being discriminated against due to the complex nature of
my issues. Go elsewhere!
