The service department is amazing and I mean amazing. I had new more aggressive tires put on my new vehicle a few days after purchase and the service department made me feel like I was with family. Tonya and her staff were incredible at making us feel at home, updated on vehicle and comfortable. Tonya even offered for us to use her personal vehicle because there we no loners available. The parts department staff was amazing too, they genuinely tried to help us and make us feel comfortable. We were offered snacks and drinks multiple times. Simply amazing. I have had many cars serviced over the years, and the service and parts staff at Tim Short Mitsubishi has been the best I've ever had!!! Thank you!!!

I was in the Market for a used car, dealt mostly with the staff over the phone and text message. Sales person was friendly and quick to respond. A few inaccuracies in some statements but nothing serious. I told them what I was looking for and a price range and they sent me a list that fit the criteria. I found the vehicle I wanted and was told the Doc fee may be flexible(it’s a $600 fee). That makes sense since I’ve never once bought a car that the document/Admin fees weren’t waved. I got approval from my bank for the loan and had an appointment to test drive and potentially buy. I asked again how flexible the Doc/Admin fees were and was told they weren’t flexible because “it is a fee that ensures profit so we can pay bills…” they also gave me some line about how they aren’t flexible on the price because “the vehicle is currently losing money as it sits”. I’ve only got 4 years of sales experience but I’m fairly sure that’s not how that works. It was between 2-3 stars, I went with the lower because I wasted my banks time and took a hit on my credit score to get approved.

TLDR: friendly quick and attentive staff that may give you bad information or waste your time.

I have been dealing with Tim Short Mitsubishi for 4 years. Every single time, I am met with curiosity, politeness and transparency. When shopping for my daughter’s car, they found me exactly what I was looking for, there was no hesitation with the staff to track down exactly what I needed. They let me know every step of the way what was going on, send videos of the minor damage on the vehicle, and told me I can come see it but be open minded has it just got to the lot. We are now searching for another one and they again have no hesitation to let me know everything they found and could get their hands on. We appreciate the staff and the hard work they always put in. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they surpass them all.

This is one of the best experiences at a car dealership I have had in a long time. Everyone has a horror story about a dealership, they knew all my worries before coming in. I asked that everything was ready for me to sign paperwork on new vehicle when I arrived since I was driving a good distance to get there. I wanted to be sure I could sign my paperwork and drive the car home without having to come back. I was told I was approved, what paperwork I needed and how much my down payment would be as well as what car i was purchasing and who the loan was through. I arrive and start signing the paperwork and realize that the car the paperwork was for was a year newer and $10,000 more than the car I was coming down to buy. I informed the salesman and he said that I was approved for that vehicle and they had me with no down payment. Then because I did not want to purchase a car for that much and a payment of $695 a month, they decided that the paperwork they told me to bring was not sufficient (2022 & 2023 tax returns) that they were too old. And that I couldn't get a car that evening because they had to crunch the numbers to decide what vehicle they could put me in. The next day they get in touch and tell me they had me in a Hyundai accent for $350 a month (which they acted like I should be overjoyed about). When I looked on the website, the car they wanted me to purchase looked beat up with dents and dings all over it and it's a very small car. I tried to explain that first off, the cargo space was not adequate enough for my needs, which I was then informed I could use the back seat for cargo space since the trunk would not suffice. They never offered any other vehicle, and the vehicle I originally went for was less than a grand more than the accent, but they couldn't put me in that. When I called about coming to look at the accent since I was in town I was informed it was in the shop waiting for parts and I would have to wait until Saturday and this was Tuesday. When I asked about the parts, they would not tell me what parts were being replaced and they said nothing was wrong with the car. When I called Monday they informed me that I had to go thru the approval process again and instead of the original down payment of $250 then $0 I now had to have $1000 down. All of this happened over a 2 week period. As far as I'm concerned, that was some shady, bad business all around!!

We were promptly greeted by your salesman, Jacob. We test drove a jeep and liked it very much. We negotiated a deal and left that day with our 2017 jeep wrangler sport unlimited. A set of our keys accidentally fell on your parking lot and was turned into the dealership, and the dealership kindly mailed them to us. That was greatly appreciated!!!!!!
Brandon and Jacob were very efficient in handling the DEAL!
